OVERVIEW

Welcome to Solaire Fitness. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Solaire Fitness.

By accessing our website, booking a class, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our related policies.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for classes, making purchases, or contacting us.

SECTION 2 — SERVICES

Solaire Fitness provides CPR, BLS, AED, and First Aid training courses, certifications, educational content, and related products and services.

Some classes may require completion of an online learning portion prior to attending the in-person skills session. It is the student’s responsibility to complete all required prerequisites before class.

Failure to complete required online coursework prior to class may require rescheduling and additional fees.

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, refuse, or cancel services at our discretion.

SECTION 3 — CLASS ENROLLMENT & PAYMENTS

Enrollment is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.

Due to limited class availability and reserved seating, all class purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

If you cannot attend your scheduled class, please contact us at least 24 hours before your class time and we will gladly transfer your reservation to another available class date at no additional cost.

The following situations will require a $15 rescheduling fee:

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of class

  • Failure to attend class (“no-show”)

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late

  • Failure to complete required online coursework before class

Exceptional circumstances, including serious medical emergencies, may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCTS & MERCHANDISE

If physical merchandise is sold through our website, we attempt to display products and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual appearance may vary depending on screen settings and devices.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 5 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

All class enrollments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Any approved merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 — WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including but not limited to:

  • Violating laws or regulations

  • Attempting unauthorized access to our systems

  • Uploading harmful code or malware

  • Copying or reproducing website content without permission

  • Using the website for fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for violations of these Terms.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including logos, branding, graphics, images, videos, text, course materials, and other content, is the property of Solaire Fitness unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Shopify and the American Red Cross learning platform.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

SECTION 9 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our services, website, and educational materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services.

SECTION 10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solaire Fitness and its owners, instructors, affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, services, classes, or products.

Participation in CPR, BLS, AED, and First Aid training involves physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks.

SECTION 11 — PRIVACY

Any personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
