Return & Refund Policy
At Solaire Fitness, we strive to provide high-quality CPR, First Aid, and BLS training experiences. Due to limited class availability and reserved seating, all class enrollments are considered final once payment has been received.
Class Enrollment Policy
By enrolling in one of our classes, you are reserving a seat in a scheduled training session. Because class sizes are limited, we do not offer refunds or cancellations after enrollment and payment.
However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please contact us at least 24 hours before your class start time and we will gladly transfer your reservation to another available class date at no additional cost.
Rescheduling Fees
The following situations will require a $15.00 rescheduling fee:

Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled class

Failure to attend your scheduled class (“no-show”)

Arriving more than 15 minutes late to class

Failure to complete the required online portion before arriving for class
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand emergencies happen. In cases involving serious medical emergencies or other significant unforeseen circumstances, refund or rescheduling requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Merchandise Returns (If Applicable)
If merchandise or physical products are sold through our website, return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that personalized items, digital products, sale items, gift cards, and training enrollments are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can make it right.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
