What certifications do you offer?
We currently offer CPR, First Aid, BLS, and Pediatric certifications through both ARC and AHA.

Are the classes in-person or online?
All classes are taught in-person by certified instructors. You’ll book online and select your class time.

How long does each certification last?
Most certifications are valid for 2 years from the date of completion.

Do you offer personal training?
Yes! We offer custom fitness coaching, outdoor training sessions, and virtual programs.

What kind of outdoor training do you provide?
We host guided workouts in nature—like trail runs, bodyweight training, and group hikes.

Do you offer programs for weight loss or muscle gain?
Absolutely. We customize programs to your goals, whether it’s cutting, building, or improving endurance.

Do you sell fitness apparel or merchandise?
Yes! We offer limited drops of custom Solaire apparel including hoodies, hats, and shirts designed for outdoor and gym wear.

How do I order apparel?
You can shop directly through our website under the “Apparel” tab. Sizes and availability may vary, so grab your favorites while they last!

Do you offer local pickup or shipping?
We currently offer shipping only. Once you place your order, you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.

What is your refund policy?
Classes are non-refundable, but with at least 24 hours’ notice, we’re happy to reschedule your session.

Do I need any equipment for training?
We provide all necessary materials for CPR/BLS/First Aid classes. For fitness sessions, we’ll let you know ahead of time if anything is needed.

Are your services bilingual?
Yes! Instruction and communication are available in both English and Spanish.
